Thank you for supporting my music and this small creative venture. Every order means a great deal — it helps me keep writing, recording, and sharing new songs.
About Our Products
All items in this store are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, a trusted print-on-demand partner. That means your order is created especially for you once it’s placed — we don’t hold stock or personally handle returns.
No Cash Refunds or Returns
All sales are final. Because each item is produced to order, we can’t accept returns or offer cash refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or decide the item isn’t for you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order at petercdaviesmail@gmail.com with a photo and your order details.
If the item is clearly faulty, I’ll arrange store credit for the full value of the item so you can choose another product.
Please note: as fulfilment is handled by Printful, replacement approval is subject to their damage verification process.
Return Shipping
If a return is needed for a damaged or incorrect item, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method — we can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage during return transit.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Credit
All sale items, promotional products, gift cards, and digital downloads are final sale and not eligible for return or credit.
In short: This is a small, independent creative project — not a large retail business. Everything here is made to order through Printful, which helps keep things sustainable and personal. I can’t offer traditional refunds or exchanges, but if something ever goes wrong with your order, I’ll do my best to sort it out quickly and fairly.
